Rolo turtle fudge is an easy to make and delicious treat that we can't stop eating!
With just a few minutes and ingredients, this fool-proof easy fudge recipe is finished and ready to enjoy.
1 bag ( 10.6 oz) Rolos 3 cups chocolate chips 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped or halved pecans
Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil and then spray it with cooking spray.
Add your Rolos (unwrapped) to the dish.
Melt your chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium sized saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the Rolos in the pan.
Spread it out to the outer edges of the pan, into an even layer.
Immediately top with halved or chopped pecans and press them into the chocolate lightly to help them adhere.
Cool the fudge to room temperature and then place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
Slice into small squares
