Serve it up while it's warm and finish it off with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream.

For topping: ½ cup butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 pinch salt ¾ cup milk 1 tsp ground cinnamon ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar

For filling: 2 cups sliced peaches 2 cups sliced strawberries ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup all-purpose flour ¼ tsp cinnamon 1 pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x13inch pan with nonstick spray.

Be careful to not let it burn. Remove pan from oven. Set aside

Combine all of the dry batter topping ingredients with a whisk until combined.

Whisk in the milk until combined.

Pour into butter filled pan.

In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the peaches and strawberries to the bowl. Toss to coat.

Add fruits to the batter-filled pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes.

You'll know that it is ready when a toothpick can be inserted into the breading and it comes out clean.
