1 bag Coleslaw mix (10oz) ¼ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Ground black pepper 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar ½ cup Mayonnaise
Pour the coleslaw cabbage blend into a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl mix all of the dressing ingredients together with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss to evenly coat.
Let the coleslaw sit for 20 minutes to 1 hour (covered in the fridge) to marinate.
