Easy Easter  Mini Eggs Fudge

With just three ingredients this amazing recipe is kid-friendly and easy to make.

1 bag (9oz) Cadbury mini eggs 1 bag (10-12oz) White chocolate chips 1 can (16oz) Vanilla frosting

Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining the inside with foil. Set aside.

Chop about 10 mini eggs into pieces and set them aside.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add your white chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe mixing bowl.

Heat the chocolate for 1 minute.

Stir and return to microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Remove the lid and foil from the top of your frosting container and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Stir the frosting and pour it into the melted chocolate.

Mix together until completely incorporated.

Stir in the mini eggs until evenly distributed.

Immediately pour the fudge out and into your prepared pan because it will set quickly.

Spread the fudge out into an even layer.

Top with your reserved mini egg pieces that you chopped earlier. Lightly press them down into the fudge to adhere.

Place the dish into the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.

Slice the fudge into 1-inch sized squares and serve.
