– 2 Tablespoons Butter – ½ medium Onion, diced – 2 cans (15oz) Sliced canned potatoes – 2 Tablespoons Bacon bits or bacon crumbles – 3 Tablespoons Shredded cheddar cheese – ¼ teasoon Garlic powder – Salt and pepper to taste – Sliced green onions for garnish
– Open your canned potatoes and drain the liquid. Rinse the potatoes under cool water. Set aside.
– Dice your onion. Set aside.
