– Granulated sugar – Cocoa powder – Heavy cream – Whole milk – Semi-sweet chocolate chips – Butterfinger bar
Step 1. Smash your Butterfinger candy bar into small pieces. Reserve 1 tablespoon of it to the side for a garnish later.
Step 2. Over medium-low heat, in a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder.
Step 3. Slowly whisk in milk and heavy cream.
Step 4. Continue to whisk mixture until sugar and cocoa have dissolved.
Step 5. Add chocolate chips and Butterfinger bits.
Step 6. Whisk until chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Step 7. Remove cocoa from heat. Pour cocoa into two mugs.
Step 8. Garnish with whipped cream and reserved Butterfinger pieces.
