– 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas  – 1/3 cup canola oil (or melted butter)  – 1 tsp baking soda  – 1/4 tsp salt  – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp vanilla ( – 2 large eggs – 1/2 cup granulated sugar  – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x4 loaf pan. Set aside.

– Stir in oil or melted butter.

– Mix in the baking soda and salt.
