    This unicorn bark recipe is so simple to make that the kids can do it! So grab a few items and let them have fun making a tasty chocolate treat that is perfect for parties!

    This unicorn chocolate bark recipe only needs a few ingredients and can come together quickly. I love how much fun it is to watch my kid's eyes light up as they see a plate of unicorn bark and try to pick out and spot the different colors and candies used.

    🍴 Recipe Tips

    You can make this unicorn candy using an 8x8 square pan or 9x13 baking dish if you don't have a small baking sheet handy. The different sizes will alter the overall thickness of the bark when it's done, so keep that in mind.

    Giving a layer of parchment paper underneath helps to reduce the risk of it sticking to the pan and lets you lift it out once it's cooled without any issues.

    Check out how to make unicorn bark with these simple step-by-step instructions:

    • In a double boiler or in a bowl, melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals and stir between each until smooth.
    • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate on top.
    • Add a few drops of food coloring on the white chocolate and then swirl them around with the back of a spoon.
    • Add sprinkles and mini marshmallows.
    • Place the pan or dish in the freezer for about 5 minutes until frozen solid.
    • Remove the rainbow bark from the pan by lifting up with the parchment paper. Using your hands, break apart the white chocolate bark to create smaller pieces.
    • Place the pieces in an airtight container, or serve and enjoy.

    • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips ($1.98)
    • ½ cup Mini Marshmallows ($0.50)
    • Food Coloring ($0.04)
    • 1 tablespoon Sprinkles ($0.21)

    Instructions

    • In a double boiler or in a bowl, melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals and stir between each until smooth. It should take about a minute in total, and the bowl will be hot, so be careful.
    • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and then spread the melted chocolate on top.
