Easter is just around the corner so make sure to try this mini egg fudge recipe soon! With just three ingredients, this amazing recipe is kid-friendly and easy to make.

mini eggs scattered around a plate with a pile of mini egg fudge resting on top

Mini Eggs have got to be my favorite holiday candy of all time which is why my husband always sneaks a bag into the cart while we're shopping this time of year (he's sweet, right?)

But this year I wanted to do something more, so I created white chocolate mini egg fudge. Right after I finished making this Easter Egg Hot Chocolate of course.

    Why This Recipe Works

    1. It's easy to make. This 3 ingredient Easter fudge recipe will change your life (or at least improve your holiday treats table.) With a quick dessert like this, you can have sweets with very little effort.
    2. It's addictingly good. This fudge is a wonderful combination of soft creamy white fudge and crunchy rich mini eggs in every bite. It will quickly become one of your favorite Easter treats.
    3. No candy thermometers are needed. Traditional fudge recipes are cooked on the stovetop and can be tricky as you wait for boiling sugar to reach the perfect stage. There's none of that with this easy recipe!

    🧾 Substitutions

White chocolate chips. You can swap out the white chocolate chips for dark chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, or a combination of any of them for a richer chocolate flavor experience.

Frosting. If desired, you can use canned chocolate frosting or any other flavor you may want to use. I recommend sticking with vanilla or cream cheese flavor because they are ideal for creating a rich and creamy flavor perfect for Easter.

    📖 Variations

    Candy variations

For some more easy Easter fudge ideas, you can add in candies like jelly beans, Easter sprinkles, chopped Cadbury creme eggs, or whopper eggs. This is a great recipe to help you use up any leftover Easter candy!

    Adding flavor

You can change the fudge's flavor by adding a little (like ½ teaspoon or less) of peppermint extract, orange extract, or other extract flavors.

    Adding berries

Adding in crushed freeze-dried berries would also help to add a nice contrast to the rich fudge flavors.

    🍴 Recipe Tips

    No candy thermometer

This is not a traditional fudge recipe so you will not be needing a candy thermometer. You can make it in just a microwave and bowl for a super simple recipe anyone can make.

    Stovetop

If desired you can melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a pot over very low heat on the stove.

    It's fool proof

Unlike traditional fudge recipes, you do not need to worry about this one. This recipe is pretty fool-proof.

With regular fudge, anything from how long you boil the sugar to the weather outside can easily affect how it turns out. This recipe is perfect every time and without temperamental issues.

It will only last about 3-5 days at room temp.
