Bread pudding recipes have been around for a very long time. Starting as a way to use up old stale pieces of bread, they have now become something far more trendy (and delicious).

The first time I ever had bread pudding was at a truck stop with my dad (he was a long-haul truck driver). Ever since then, I have been recreating my own versions of it over the years.
I save the end pieces of bread loaves and leftover burger buns in a Ziploc baggie in my freezer for special occasions. When the baggie is full, it's bread pudding time!
Of course, I've also experimented with making it different each time to include fruits, chocolate, glazes, and more. Check out these tasty variations for a unique bread pudding experience you won't soon forget!
